Trying to push behavior control to the main ino. Added a few functions
to check if eye is pressed and how long from the main ino file. Also
sprinkled in some comments.

This firmware now makes Clyde act like a simple desk light. No flashing
on power on. Eye is always on and slowly changing. When you press the
eye desk light comes on. When you press the eye again desk light turns
off.
